Switching Mother Boards

I've an old machine with a bad motherboard that I'll replace and
install Ubuntu on. The machine currently has IDE drives in it (one
optical, two hard drives). I can get a good deal on a used M/B with a
speedy pentium and half a GB of RAM. However, it is a SATA M/B:
ASROCK K8NF4G SATA2
Is there any way that I can connect my optical and hard IDE drives to
the SATA motherboard?
Thanks.
