I didn't have any success locating fontconfig-voodoo. But font
substitution in qt3-qtconfig (which you might need to install) does
mean you don't have to change any the application/desktop level fonts.



i.e. if your default font is DejaVan Sans, you can choose that family
and add Chinese fonts as the sub-family. This will allow QT
applications to use both fonts as the situation demands it.
