The thing is that with Windows, you have to reboot at every other
update... heck, even if you patch GDI, you have to reboot.
At least with Linux, you can update Xorg, and not reboot. You can update
the office suite, and not reboot.
The situation is MUCH better with Linux than with Windows... Deja vu
isn't really the case. :)
