Dapper upgrade questions...

Breezy (the last version) also still has bug problems and that was
released 8 months ago.   

Updates will be a continuous thing, just like it is for Windows or other
operating systems. 

The question should be 'What is currently the best Linux distribution
for me', and chances are that answer will be 'Ubuntu Dapper' especially
for Desktop PC use.  It's way faster and better than the previous
release.
