ndiswrapper freeze on booting

Hi,

since some days I occupy with Ubuntu Linux. My hardware in my Notebook
(Dell Inspiron 8600) works fine, except wlan. 

I installed ndiswrapper (version 1.17) and load windows driver bcmwl5a,
its works super. There is one problem during booting. If I boot with
battery the system freeze, on power it boot without problems. 
Does anyone has an idea?

ndiswrapper = version 1.17
Kernel = 2.6.15
Wlan (Windows driver) = bcmwl5a
