He pointed to http://lists.debian.org/debian-edu/2006/01/msg00124.html
which was an announcement from January saying webmin was being removed
from the archive, and the next message in THAT thread pointed to
http://bugs.debian.org/271505 and http://bugs.debian.org/343897 as
background information.
