Problems after downgrading Dapper to kernel 2.6.12

Hi,

I have downgraded my kernel image to 2.6.12, in order to do that I have
just uninstalled using Synaptic the 2.6.15 packages.

After that Ndiswrapper fail to load on boot (I have a version compiled
for my current kernel) saying that /dev/ is readonly. ?? But I can
modprobe it after boot and everything works ok.

Also I have lost my soundcard, alsa is not able to found it, probably
because the driver is not loaded (as well as the ndiswrapper).

The good news are that with this kernel the fglrx driver 8.24 works
perfect (including dri) with my ATI Xpress 200M.

I was using this kernel a few weeks ago and everything works ok.

Could somebody help me to set up again all the modules?
