Problems with Apache2 and SSL

Doesn't work:

     | An error occurred while loading https://localhost/:
     | Could not connect to host localhost.

But, "http://localhost/" works as expected.


Shouldn't there be a "listening socket" on 'tcp' instead of 'tcp6'?

     | tcp6   0   0 :::443   :::*    LISTEN
