the ii means installed and there used to be a page i knew of on them but
i cant find it its been a while i also think up = unpacked not sure what
rc stands for nor pi sorry wish i was more help.

I believe that rc = reconfigured and pi = pre-installation finished I agree with Gnome Freak on the ii = installed not sure about anymore of them
