Yes, is a complete distribution that includes asterisk, freepbx (a
web-based front end for asterisk) and sugarcrm.

We have 3 offices in Italy at Milan, Rome and Naples that are
connected with the asterisk server at Rome. We use 4 lines to
make/receive calls... it works great and it took just a few hours to
configure it
