Problems Playing Videos

Hi All,

Since upgrading my system to version 6.06 TLS (following the instructions on
the download page at Ubuntu's site) I am having problems playing certain
.wmv movies. I am guessing - the ones encoded with the more recent Media
Player codecs....

Also, may be related, I am unable to hear sound while playing online content
from YourTube.com.

Any ideas?

Should I just re-install version 6.06 from scratch?
