Hi Guys,
I still got a problem with my locales. As "dpkg-reconfigure locales" doesn't
really work anymore, I found the tip about installing localesconf.
I proceeded as described and regenerated locales including my beloved
ISO-8859-15.
Now my problem:
After starting a gnome-terminal, default charset now is ANSI_X3.4-1968, dont't
know why. I am able to switch to ISO-8859-15, but I am used to not show the
menubar and so this is quite annoying.
My someone help me in how to set it the right way? I can't work this way :-(
Additional remark(s):
It was a new installation with preserving home-directory from hoary,
everything else is freshly installed.
Greetings,
Benni
