You can download the flash plugin directly from Adobe's site;
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

Or you can use the command line and issue this command;
$ sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
$ sudo update-flashplugin
