Evolution Doesn't Send mail

Apparently, this happens only when:
1. You are using secure SMTP (TLS)
and 2. You are trying to send email to a different domain than those 
your email server relays for.
There is a bug in Malone, but i don't remember the number / don't have 
time to check.
This has been only tested with a valid qmailrocks.org qmail 
installation, i don't know about other servers. And yes, it's been a 
major PITA.
