Dapper: vim instead of nano as editor alternative?

Hello everyone,

is it expected behaviour that Dapper (Flight 5) defines vim as the 
primary editor alternative, rather than nano?

If I remember right, nano was the first choice for Breezy (or was it 
just me redefining the alternative?).

However, I'd recommend switching (back) to nano. Vim is just too cryptic 
for new users.
