Language pack not installed by default - a bug?

Uh, they guy didn't mention Tamil, he mentioned Finnish - which would 
have been evident at a glance if you had hidden that by snipping it out. 
And you say "*IF* you use ASCII and write English", but the OP doesn't, 
the OP writes Finnish and selected Finnish at every opportunity - so 
Finnish should be what he gets. This is a bug and should be reported as 
such.
