Agreed - in Breezy at least (I don't yet have Dapper as I'm on dialup for
at least the next month), you can use the "Properties" dialogue in the
Nautilus right-click menu to select your preferred apps. [ Properties -
Open With - (4th tab from left) ]
This is far from intuitive, unfortunately...
