altering the order of sound cards

*You need create file .asoundrc in your $HOME ( $HOME/.asoundrc) with this
content
oscar at queirolo:~$ cat /home/oscar/.asoundrc
pcm.!default {
type hw
card 1
} ctl.!default {
type hw
card 1
}*
where number 1of card (card 1) is card number of */proc/asound/cards*.
*oscar at queirolo:~$ cat /proc/asound/cards
0 [I82801DBICH4 ]: ICH4 - Intel 82801DB-ICH4
Intel 82801DB-ICH4 with unknown codec at 0xe0100c00, irq 10
1 [I82801DBICH4 ]: ICH4 - Intel 82801DB-ICH4
