how to setup /run telnet server

No. It doesn't show telnet running.

Nope. There is no telnet or telnetd in /etc/init.d
telnetd is at /usr/sbin/in.telnetd. When I run that it simply says:
telnetd: getpeername: Socket operation on non-socket
.
Don't know what that is supposed to mean, but it doesn't seem to be
starting up the daemon.
