There are two mistakes i have noticed:
first AFAIK it no good to start a line in sources.list with an emtpy
character.
e.g.:
deb http:...    instead of
 deb http:...

The second and a much bigger mistake. You have done a full update to
backports, since they are available ALL time (not comented out).

So i gues you have much more then one problem with your system.

What is the Output from
$ apt-cache policy <specific_package_you_had_asked_for>

I have reconfigured your sources.list. Only activate backports
temporaly, then deactivate it again.
