Installation to dedicated disk

what I did was unplug the windows drive, boot of the install disc,
install it all and then it puts grub on the second drive.
then plug the first disk back in and use the bios to boot off of
whichever drive I am after.
bit more hassle if you're switching constantly but at least it doesn't
effect the windows part of things.
just a thought.
