True.. though you could stick to supporting the most recent version of
the major Linux distributions: Ubuntu, Fedora, Suse, Mandriva.  People
using anything else should be used to figuring out stuff for
themselves. :D

Or don't do end-user support at all.  Just provide the basic technical
info to those distributions and let them worry about making it available
in their documentation, wiki's and (paid) support.  That's even easier
than actively supporting individual Windows end-users!
