latex margin issues --- still

Mike,

Personally, I think this is a paper size problem. Looking at the man
page for dvips, you can set the paper size explicitly using the -t
option, but if something in Latex has put a papersize special command in
the dvi file this will override the -t spec. You might want to try the
-T which can set the paper size and override any specials in the .dvi file.

There are also various config files in which paper size can be set,
e.g., config.ps etc. Check the man page for dvips for details.
