I recommend buying a bind book cause there's a lot of small details it 
can tell you.  But besides that, 
http://vijay.freeshell.org/solaris/bind.html has a bunch of setup 
information.

Just replace all the 'redhat' stuff with the ubuntu way to do it.

Install bind by:  apt-get install bind
