Evolution - REMOVE it

Okay, went to the Add/Remove Application,
and selected Evolution (to remove it completely off )
well, it pops up, and tell me that I need to Advance Remove,
so, I click advance, and select Evolution, and Then it tell me its going 
to remove,
a few other items, ( one ubuntu-desktop) ???

Okay: newbie
That seem very odd.

What is the procedure to completely remove evolution email, 
calender..etc..etc
from my computer.
