Is it wise to upgrade to Dapper (Kubuntu) now?

edit your /etc/apt/sources.list

and change all references from breezy to dapper

then:

$ sudo aptitude update

$ sudo aptitude dist-upgrade

and away you go .... (there may be a specific ubuntu prescribed method
but I've always done it this <debian> way)
