Where's gnustep in Dapper?

I've seen postings saying "there are lots of gnustep apps in Dapper!"
and http://packages.ubuntulinux.org/dapper/x11/gnustep has a listing for
it... but I just did aptitude upgrade, and "aptitude search gnustep"
returns nothing at all. Has it been removed recently for some reason,
or does ca.archive.ubuntu.com not have it but everyone else does, or
something? What's going on?
