[Q] upgrade Flight-6 to Flight-7?

Newbie myself. So I hope I can help you. How about just using

  sudo apt-get upgrade (or apt-get dist-upgrade)

I upgraded from breezy to dapper this way by changing all reference to
breezy into dapper in my repositories. And now I just update twice a
week to get the latest patches and stuff installed on my system. That's
the beaty of a Debian based distro. I don't have to wonder if I'm up to
date. apt-get does it for me.





Or is there a difference between upgrading with Flight 7 in stead of
the repositories?
