[Q] upgrade Flight-6 to Flight-7?

I'm another noob so don't worry.  I started with Dapper on Flight 5.  If
you keep doing the daily updates you already have everything for flight
7.  I you need to do a fresh install you should consider using the
latest Flight... otherwise hang in there and do a search on xlg &
compiz (both available from Synaptic)... It will really hook you!
