I presume that's an mp3 stream? You'll have to make sure that you have
'gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly' (it's found in universe) so that you have
mp3 support.

That said, I have had endless trouble with gstreamer and mp3 streams.

I really recommend installing libxine-main1 and gxine to play most audio
streams. Works much better at this point in time.
