Download email behind proxy with Gnome's Evolution Mail Client

Hi folks,



I am having the same problem, that I cannot send/receive emails with
Evolution through a proxy server.



I tried

1) System --> Preferences --> Network Proxy -->
http://10.10.10.254:3128

2) export http_proxy=http://10.10.10.254:3128

3) Setting http://10.10.10.254:3128/pop.mailserver.de in Evolutution.
This does not work either, because on save Evolution erases the string
after the slash (/pop.mailserver.de).



All these did not solve the problem.



Please help me to configure Evolution to use a proxy.
