gcc version used for dapper kernel?

Hi there,

I'm trying to compile my own kernel (enable suspend2 and perhaps also xen,
maybe even reiser4fs for fun), and need to compile the fglrx modules as well
to get 3d acceleration on my ati radeon x300. However, while 2.6.9 (last
kernel with a patch for suspend2, I think) compiles fine, the fglrx modules
will NOT compile properly. I'm wondering whether this is a gcc problem.
ANyone know what version of gcc is used to compile the ubuntu kernels (I'm
using 2.5.15-k8-smp under amd64)?

thanks,

Matt
