$HOME/.dmrc has wrong access writes

Sorry but this is wrong.

e.g.:
$ l .dmrc
- -rw------- 1 USER USER 45 17.05.06 22:23 .dmrc

Works witout any problems.

About your problem Mr. Atlantic i haven´t a the correct answer, but i
would try this:
mv .dmrc save.dmrc

Then try it again.
