$HOME/.dmrc has wrong access writes

Is that the whole message? I had gotten this message:
"User's $HOME /.dmrc file is being ignored. This prevents the default
session and language from being saved. Fle should be owned by user and
have 644 permissions. User's $HOME directory must be owned by user and
not writable by other users"
and I had filed a bug report about it being a misleading message - I
had made my home directory writable to other users and got that
message every time I logged in. It had nothing to do with .dmrc.
There should be two messages.
