which package provides "equery"

Have a look at http://packages.ubuntu.com , it lets you search the
repositories efficiently. You can search for a particular file name,
and it will tell you in which package it is, in what repository, and
you can even download it straight from the website. 

However for the case at hand, it fails to return any result for
"equery".
