I don't, but ...

If I open OO's Presentation (ooimpress) under Dapper, reduce the
resolution, and then try to go to slideshow (e.g. with F5), only a
part of the picture is displayed - the right and bottom side is
"outside" the screen. If I quit and restart ooimpress (after changing
the resolution) it displays correctly in slideshow mode. This has led
me to believe that OO records the display information at startup and
stores it for further processing. This would explain why you are not
able to display the second window on a different display, if the first
display information is the only one that matters.

File a bug report? I haven't done it myself, but when I looked for
"my" problem yesterday, I didn't find it. I have seen someone else
having the exact same problem at a conference, running OO on Ubuntu,
even though I think this is a OO bug/feature, not an Ubuntu one.
I haven't tried the OO version on Edgy (2.0.4 vs 2.0.2 on Dapper) yet,
so it might already be fixed there. Anyone? I assume you run Dapper
as well?
