can no longer login on edgy with ssh

HI 

I have a new computer installed with edgy running ssh 4.3
My old system runs 4.2

I have this client system that is able to connect to 4.2 but not to 4.3
I have copied over the keys and am sure that they are the same (ran md5sum on 
them)

The error I get in the server is 'key disallowed'
The config files are the same :
