plain text, txt, chinese

Hello,

Everytime i open a txt file, i need to right click and select 'open with'
then select the text editor. Is everytime, so wasting my time.
Does anyone know how to make my file easy to open with 'double-click'

Ohya,
After open the file, why i can not read its chinese word? But i can read the
chinese word fom Internet everyday. I wonder to know why i can only see the
chinese word from web, but not in my file.
