I am not sure, I cannot see it obviously.
afaik a distributor needs to make the source available, not
necessarily include it in the CD or dvd. Since the author seems to be
a Canadian broadcasting Linux regular I would expect it is covered. I
certainly welcome the various recently published books on Ubuntu subject.
