I would love to see synaptics mousepad configuration added to gnome-control-center

Sorry to say, but "crap" even my laptop when it still had windows on
it had a configuration utility to configure the  Synaptics mouse pad.
Even though I use Gnome (because I like the clear interface and
unfortunately I do no like kde's graphics but love everything else
about it), they really need to stop treating everybody like an idiot.
I cannot see why an "advanced" option cannot be provided. Instead of
having to jump through all the hoops that you have to if the thing you
want to change is not something that they think you should be able to
change.
