Questions about Mailing list, Subject identification.

Hi there.

Can someone enlighten me as to why this mailing list does not prepend a 
[ubuntu-users] on the e-mail Subject line?  I'm sure this has been 
brought up and probably debated to death at some time in the past.  I'm 
am, however, interested in knowing the reason behind the decision (and 
adding my voice to those who think this would be a very helpful feature.)
