Searching for it in packages.ubuntu.com returnhs the following:

usr/bin/Mail    mail/mailx
usr/bin/mail    mail/mailx,mail/mailutils [universe]

apparently there are two programs by that name, one with an upper case
"M" and one with lower case.
Don't ask me which one you need ! ;-)
