Grip: normalizing between ripping and encoding (with lame) does nothing.

I finally figured this out (with help from the grip-users list).  The
correct command to go in
  Config -> Rip -> Options "Wav filter command"
is
  /usr/bin/normalize-audio -a -20dB %w

Hope this helps someone else.
