Please remove this:

First of all you shouldn't have the dapper repo's for wine in your
sources.list, second: wine 9.33 is included the feisty universe
repositories. 9.33 was released March 19th, 9.34 was released March 30,
so it's pretty up to date.

Once you remove those, do a

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

I'd recommend googling/checking for the same or similar with regards to
Opera & Skype. Also see:
