Error at boot in /etc/networking

Hi!

When I start the computer I have been receiving an error at boot (I hadn't
checked the output till now) and the problem is "misplaced option at
/etc/networking/interfaces:33"

I tried to figure out what it could be and turns out there's no such
directory as /etc/networking/

However, I have been unable to locate the string that refers to
/etc/networking/interfaces. Does anybody have any ideas?
