Well
The whole discussion is about getting shipt it CDs faster to our users, right?

I thought first:
Maybe the CDs could produced central as for now and then send (in mass) to
reponsible LoCo Teams and then from there to users who are close.

But that approach has two downsides:

1. Costs
   That way it will take 2 times of delivery charge.

2. Manpower and storage at LoCo


So without knowing more details about the "behind the scenes of ship it" it
is difficult to makes suggestions.

As this request is already posted on ubuntu-devel-discuss let the responsible
people read it and think about it.

To lean back, take deep breathe and think about s.th. is a good behaviour and
exercise.
