kernel panic HOST_MSG_LOOP

Hi all,
I've got a dual pentium 2 processor server which is running ubuntu 6.1. 
However, if I start with the kernel 2.6.10 it works, while with the 2.6.11 it 
is going to kernel panic with HOST_MSG_LOOP. Is there a particular 
package/kernel I must download?
