Forcing update-manager to display dist upgrade info ?

Thanks but I did read the upgrade notes, I just thought maybe they
haven't been updated to reflect the last version of update-manager
0.45.3 ?
I'm wondering now if upgrading to the newer version was such a good
idea but since it says you should update all packages first before the
upgrade one would assume so(which is what I mentioned in my initial
post).
