Chmod to 666 /dev/video*
Now xawtv just hangs there, cannot break even with ctrl C, need to kill
it to return to prompt.

This is xawtv-3.95.dfsg.1, running on Linux/x86_64 (2.6.20-14-generic)
Chown to my account no diff.
cannot run as root do not have display set for root
