Can not install/run from CD

I downloaded the version 6.10 and installed it to a CD. When I try to load it to a hard disk or run from the CD, I get the message: 
Loading isolinux: Disk error 02, ax = 4200, drive 9F.

The message in the window below this shows:
I/O error
Error reading boot CD
Reboot

I am at a loss as to my next move.
